Employee Engagement Group Meetings***
The frequency is based on your unique situation & workforce. Conducted on-site & in person is preferred, but virtual is also an option. Our Objective is to Reframe, Educate and leave employees with a great feeling about the plan - NOT overwhelmed, confused & discouraged.

One-on-one Employee Meetings **
1:1 meetings are the bedrock of any highly successful plan. I can’t stress the importance. Frequency is based on client needs. Below are some ideas on how we make them effective:
- Create a special name for these meetings, tied to the new plan name. Reframing & perception is key.
- These are 401k specific with a very tight focused agenda. Not individual Wealth Mgt,
- Our goal to learn everyone’s name after the first 12 months & gain their trust.
- Stagger the meetings throughout the year so our presence is felt.
- Highly organized & efficiently coordinated. Need plan sponsor help.
- Make these an event Employees look forward to, engage in & talk about later.
Ongoing Video Education Series
We host a video series covering current relevant topics for both plan sponsors & participants. The Participant Series is called “A Fireside Chat.” The audience is any eligible employee. Conducted at least quarterly. As needed, we conduct more frequently & on-site.
