Recommendations & Considerations
The Next Step Toward Building Smart Plans that are Different & Better:
Based on our Discovery Meeting, we prepare specific recommendations for you and walk you through each point for each component of your plan, with a game plan of how to accomplish each.
If you currently have a program, the next 2 paragraphs apply.
If you are starting a new plan from scratch, skip the next 2 paragraphs.
Our first consideration is always to work with your current Product Platform to accomplish our objectives. This is less disruptive. Often the problem is not the product but the lack of attention & not using available services.
If we determine your current product platform is unrepairable & unable to accomplish what you need, we will then conduct a market search to find the right fit for you through a formal RFP process (Request for Proposal).
We narrow down our search to one recommendation & explain why. We will also share the process we went through on your behalf, the products considered, and the Pros & Cons of the top finalists. We call this the Inverted Pyramid Process.
Perfection is achieved not when there’s nothing more to add, but nothing left to take away.
