What we cover in a Discovery Meeting
With Encore, A Discovery Meeting is our first scheduled meeting, and normally in person. It’s much more than a meet & greet- It’s an opportunity for us to get to know you and your firm AND for you to get to know Encore 401k, LLC. We will be very respectful of your time and make sure it is time well spent. Before the meeting, we will provide you with a list of the documents we'll need to collect.
A productive Discovery Meeting is the beginning of a long relationship, with the ability to build a program that will have a major impact on your firm and your employees for a lifetime. We cover the following:
- Your business or organization
- Your employees & demographics
- Your Plan History & Perception
- Each of the different components of your plan & product
- Your leadership team responsible for the plan
- Determining if we are compatible
- Thorough understanding of Encore
- If a full RFP Product search will be necessary, gain approval
- Collect the necessary information
- Answer any questions you have
